Physical education is vital for the holistic development of students, promoting physical, mental, and social well-being.Practicing yoga asanas offers numerous benefits for students, promoting overall health and well-being.I conducted a class on practice of yoga asanas like Vrikshasana and Pranayama in 8th standard students. All the students were very much excited to do the practice.
